Return Policy

1. Allowed Return application

You have 45 days from the receipt of the headphones to inspect, test, and accept or reject the products. You can file a return claim when you determine:

(1) the product has been physically damaged during shipping or handling; or

(2) the product is not functioning properly due to an inherent defect or malfunction in the product.

You can file a return claim for the following reasons:

  • Connectivity issue
  • Control function break
  • Sound quality
  • Charging/power issues
  • Headband break
  • Right side failing
  • Left side failing
  • Transducer rattling
  • Headset turns off by itself
  • Microphone quality
  • Control functions

Shokz's support team will review your claim and confirm whether it is approved for a return.

All products sold by Shokz come with a standard warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase by the end consumer. If you have offered a return or exchange beyond the standard 2-year warranty, Shokz will not be responsible for processing such returns.

2. Return Process

You are supposed to file with a return claim in pursuant with the following steps:

Log in to the Shokz B2B website > Navigate to the Support section > Select ‘RMA Request’ to initiate the return process

3. Return Shipping Cost

Once the return is approved, Shokz will issue a prepaid shipping label for retailers to return the items back to Shokz.

5. Provide the Supporting Document

When filing a return claim, please provide clear images showing the defective/damaged parts, S/N#, the purchase proof etc, so that we can process your application faster and more smoothly.

Up to 5 files in format of PDF/JPG/JPEG, sum of 15 MB in maximum.
