Shokz now requires a Minimum Order Quantity ("MOQ") of 4 headphone units(excluding POP) before you can submit your order. You will be prompted to update your order quantity at checkout if you do not meet our MOQ.

Please note that parallel export or cross-boarding distribution is strictly prohibited by Shokz distribution policy and will result in account termination or further legal actions, withholding of rebates, chargebacks, and fines.

Return Request Instructions

Shokz now requires all returns to be filed based on specific sales orders. To submit a return request, please follow these steps:

Log in to the Shokz Reseller Website.
Go to Account Overview > Purchase History.
Select the relevant Sales Order and click Request a Return to start the return process.

If you're unable to locate the sales order with the SKUs or quantities you wish to return, please contact us at returns@shokz.com.
